16 - 19.09. 2007 I would like to thank you for the training you organized. I had great time participating in all the activities. I learned a lot. All the information was really useful. I learned how to plan projects in order to run them successfully; I experienced work in an intercultural team where I had to take into consideration other people's mentality. I also tried with the help of the lecturers to make a few steps towards recognizing by strong and weak traits to find out what I can do and how my possibilities correspond with my desires and aims. Except for knowledge I acquired new friends from Poland and Ukraine. That happened due to the training activities that managed to unite us and make our best qualities visible to other participants. I am happy I took part in the warsztat "Your Career Is in Your Hands" and will be willing to take part in such trainings again. I had a chance to discover new features of my character and to get a stimulus both for my personal and professional development. The trainings were greatly organized, the atmosphere was very friendly and everybody had an opportunity to be listened, to express his/her opinions and to ask questions. I really enjoyed my time in Nasutow and I鈥檓 still have inspiration to work and to promote my professional activities.
