Welcome to the internet platform concerning professional counseling, career planning and strengthening human capital in the professional context.

The platform was created under the „Transfer of know-how on professional counseling for young people” project carried out by Poland, Norway, Ukraine and Belarus thanks to the support given by Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway through a grant from the  Financial Mechanism of European Economic Area and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.

The platform is addressed to career advisors, psychologists, pedagogues, youth workers and all the others who are interested in progress of career planning and choosing services as well as reaching professional satisfaction by youth.

Our goal is to enable a constant and effective exchange of experiences on professional counseling for young people between  partner countries and enable cooperation between them. The platform will be available in four language versions (Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian); therefore, it will be possible for advisors from different European countries to share their knowledge and experience.

We encourage you to use the platform that we hope will develop, even after the completion of the project “Transfer of know-how on professional counseling for young people”. Also we encourage you to share (in any form) your thoughts, experiences, professional achievements, that might be helpful for career advisors and the quality of their work.
